Mrs. Christine A. Michel is an experienced trial attorney at Fields Law, where she advocates exclusively for individuals injured by the negligence of others. She joined the firm in September 2025, bringing with her extensive trial experience and over a decade of practice across multiple areas of law. Known for her professionalism, compassion, and relentless advocacy, Mrs. Michel is committed to securing justice for her clients inside and outside the courtroom.
Mrs. Michel earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, in 2013. Her legal career began internationally with the United Nations Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Trials in Cambodia, where she clerked before the Trial Chamber and gained invaluable experience in high-stakes litigation. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2015, she has represented clients in personal injury, family, criminal, and immigration matters — ultimately devoting her career exclusively to personal injury litigation and trial practice.
Beyond her courtroom work, Mrs. Michel is dedicated to mentorship and service. She serves as Chair of the Raines Future Lawyers and Leaders Mentor Program, sits on the board of Mission House, and has previously served as President of the D.W. Perkins Bar Association. She also contributed to the Florida Bar’s Special Committee for Professionalism, underscoring her commitment to advancing the practice of law.
Mrs. Michel lives in Jacksonville with her husband, Billy, and their two children, Chase and Charli. Away from trial preparation and advocacy, she enjoys spending time with her family and supporting causes that uplift her community.
